Pardon the brief interruption! We know you're here for our Shipping Policy, however, we want to take a minute to explain our production process as it relates to refunds, returns and our shipping policy. 

At Si Mambo™, we take pride in offering a wide selection of unique products. To achieve this, we produce items on demand based on individual orders thereby optimizing our inventory costs and enabling us to provide a broad and diverse catalog. Because of our on-demand production process, product returns create both financial losses and logistical challenges with storing and/or reselling or donating the returned items.

If you're unsure that a product will fit you based on its description and sizing guide, please order just one size (erring on +1 size) and color of the product. Do not order multiple sizes and colors of a product with the intention of selecting only one product and returning the rest. We will not refund you for such duplicate orders.

Order Processing Time

Order processing starts when you submit your order. Orders are usually processed (i.e products made) within 1 - 2 business days. Orders processed before 2:00PM EDT are shipped out the same day. Orders are not processed on weekends or US holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in processing of your order, we will alert you via email. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery (see estimates below). 

Shipment Confirmation & Online Order tracking

As soon as processing is complete, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email informing you that your order has been shipped. The email notification will contain your online shipping tracking number(s). The tracking number will usually be active within 4 - 12 hours. 

Shipping Rates and Shipping Transit Times / Delivery Estimates

We offer free economy shipping based on order amount (see below). Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Once you've placed your order, please refer to your Order Tracking information (delivered to you via email) for the most up-to-date transit time and delivery date estimate. As much as we'd like to, we do not control how long it will take for your package to be delivered once handed to our shipping partner.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Si Mambo™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees levied during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages 

Si Mambo™ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order package in a damaged state, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. As a courtesy, please let us know as well.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns / Refund Policy
